Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to safely operate towing equipment, as well as manually tow and tie down aircraft
- lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- mobility to move throughout the lobby area and assist customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in the aviation field is preferred
- previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- basic computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- strong communication skills to interact with both customers and colleagues
- effective problem-solving abilities to handle flight scheduling changes and customer concerns
- attention to detail to accurately process billing and dispatch procedures
- time management skills to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
Job Duties
- Providing daily guidance and coaching to team members while serving as a role model
- dispatching flights and checking students in/out of lessons
- re-scheduling flights due to maintenance, weather, and other factors
- ensuring daily operations comply with Kilo Charlie procedures
- assisting with scheduling basic maintenance events
- overseeing fleet safety, including coordinating with others for aircraft handling and ensuring aircraft are secured nightly
- billing flight reservations accurately and on time
- providing excellent customer service
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
- willing to assist with additional tasks as needed
