Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of fueling operations experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Prior airline experience desirable
- Must be computer literate and able to learn Sabre and Microsoft applications
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain situational awareness of airline and fueling operations, policies, and procedures
- Provide continuous operational information and updates to leadership and personnel
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with airlines, airport operations, and fueling departments
- Assist in the development of operational and contingency plans for equipment and resource utilization
- Coordinate problem-solving and operational plans with managers and airline personnel
- Monitor technological systems including Flight Status Monitors, weather, and air traffic advisories, and evaluate impacts
- Maintain logs, documentation, and complete daily reports on flight irregularities and fueling delays
- Coordinate emergency and significant event notifications ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist in physical ramp and fueling operations as needed
- Perform fuel supervisor duties as required
