Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of fueling operations experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good command of English both verbal and written
  • Prior airline experience desirable
  • Must be computer literate and able to learn Sabre and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in inclement weather
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain situational awareness of airline and fueling operations, policies, and procedures
  • Provide continuous operational information and updates to leadership and personnel
  • Maintain professional communication and coordination with airlines, airport operations, and fueling departments
  • Assist in the development of operational and contingency plans for equipment and resource utilization
  • Coordinate problem-solving and operational plans with managers and airline personnel
  • Monitor technological systems including Flight Status Monitors, weather, and air traffic advisories, and evaluate impacts
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and complete daily reports on flight irregularities and fueling delays
  • Coordinate emergency and significant event notifications ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Assist in physical ramp and fueling operations as needed
  • Perform fuel supervisor duties as required
