Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in dispatch or shipping roles
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 10 or more
- Experience with routing software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work the 10am to 7pm schedule
- Basic knowledge of DOT and IFTA compliance

- 3+ years prior experience in shipping, dispatching, or operational roles
- Experience managing a team of 10+ employees
- Routing software experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Lead and develop fleet associates, dispatchers, and drivers
- Develop schedules, methods and routes
- Analyze costs
- Coordinate customs clearances and permits
- Plan and direct transport and distribution activities to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery
- Communicate daily with drivers, sales associates and customers on delivery status and issues
- Maintain truck and route files for DOT, IFTA and company compliance
- Track and coordinate truck maintenance
