- Class B CDL or tourism experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Conduct all activities and decisions according to the five guiding principles of Alaska Coach Tours: safety, quality, teamwork, environmental responsibility, profitability
- Create daily ship dispatches that efficiently map out tours, ensuring buses depart and arrive at accurate times
- Communicate daily with arriving cruise ships to relay tour information, such as timing, passenger counts and tour itinerary
- Work closely with tour and operations manager to establish proper logistics and itinerary for all tours
- Act as a leader in communications between Alaska Coach Tours and cruise ships, as you will be the main liaison between the two entities
- Gain understanding of pertinent Federal and State DOT regulations and integrate routine compliance into all aspects of delivering quality tours
- Complete all related paperwork in a professional, accurate, consistent and timely manner
