Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for pastry and culinary arts
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary or restaurant settings focused on high-volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years experience
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to follow recipes in large volume environments
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency in kitchen operations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multitasking and adaptability
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Desire to provide excellent guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with Disney policies
