Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in a college or university taking at least one class in the semester or quarter prior to participation or graduated within the year
  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant and/or Hotel Management, or similar
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must provide full work availability
  • Must be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Fully available for the entire 12-month program from June 2026 through June 2027

Job Qualifications

  • College senior, recent graduate, or graduate level student
  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant and/or Hotel Management, or similar
  • Minimum one year demonstrated leadership experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the food and beverage industry with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Minimum six months food and beverage experience
  • Proven knowledge of financial aspects of food and beverage operation such as budget, revenue, and labor
  • Prior or current experience within the hospitality, service or tourism industry
  • Demonstrated multilingual skills, particularly Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese

Job Duties

  • Engaging with excellence by managing the guest experience through proactive table touching and interactive engagement
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with food preparation, food safety, and loss prevention protocols
  • Inspiring performance by coaching, developing, and motivating front-line employees
  • Supporting complex situations by leading conflict resolution efforts and providing guidance during challenging guest interactions
  • Collaborating with business partners and internal teams to deliver operational efficiency and excellence
  • Driving continuous improvement by focusing on attention to detail and professional excellence
