Job Duties
- Perform regular cycle counts of non-product parts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Retrieve requested parts for maintenance personnel in a timely manner
- Receive parts deliveries, verify accuracy, and put parts into appropriate storage locations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions, including part retrievals and receipts
- Ensure that parts are stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- Manage inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is necessary
- Serve as the gatekeeper for the non-product parts crib, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access, and that inventory is well-controlled
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the parts crib
- Collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams to address inventory needs
