Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- one year or more of related experience in manufacturing or production
- basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- good communication skills and the ability to work with various departments
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Job Duties
- perform regular cycle counts of non-product parts to ensure inventory accuracy
- retrieve requested parts for maintenance personnel in a timely manner
- receive parts deliveries, verify accuracy, and put parts into appropriate storage locations
- maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions, including part retrievals and receipts
- ensure that parts are stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner
- manage inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is necessary
- serve as the gatekeeper for the non-product parts crib, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access, and that inventory is well-controlled
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the parts crib
- collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams to address inventory needs
