Job Requirements

HS diploma or GED
one year or more of related experience in manufacturing or production
basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work independently and manage time effectively
good communication skills and the ability to work with various departments
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Job Duties

perform regular cycle counts of non-product parts to ensure inventory accuracy
retrieve requested parts for maintenance personnel in a timely manner
receive parts deliveries, verify accuracy, and put parts into appropriate storage locations
maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions, including part retrievals and receipts
ensure that parts are stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner
manage inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is necessary
serve as the gatekeeper for the non-product parts crib, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access, and that inventory is well-controlled
assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the parts crib
collaborate with maintenance and procurement teams to address inventory needs
