Job Duties
- clean all prep equipment silverware glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keep the dish pit organized
- assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times
- keep the dish room sparkling and organized
- mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
- fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
