Job Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures with training provided
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage spaces
- Assist with general kitchen duties including trash removal, floor cleaning, and stocking supplies
- Help with food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients
- Ensure all workstations remain clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic work environment
- Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown before and after events
- Safely operate dishwashing machines, sinks, and other cleaning equipment
