Job Requirements
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Ability to comply with all safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness of dishware, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Assist in monitoring and reporting maintenance needs of kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team members during busy service times
