Job Duties
- Wash dishes and pots thoroughly
- Clean kitchen equipment and general kitchen areas
- Store and rotate food and supplies according to safety standards
- Follow sanitary procedures for food handling and cleaning
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding kitchen hygiene
- Support culinary staff by maintaining cleanliness
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
