Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must follow health and safety guidelines
No formal education required but basic reading and comprehension skills necessary
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Job Duties

Ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to sanitation and safety guidelines
Restock kitchen and service areas with clean supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, restaurant facilities, and grounds to uphold guest expectations
Operate dishwashing machines and manual washing processes efficiently
Dispose of trash and recycling materials in compliance with health regulations
Assist with basic maintenance tasks in the kitchen and dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support overall restaurant operations
