Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils and kitchen tools are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain restrooms, facilities and grounds to meet sanitation guidelines
- Keep kitchen and service areas stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support the culinary and service teams with timely readiness of equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
