Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of supplies for culinary and service teams
- Clean and maintain restrooms, guest facilities, and grounds according to sanitation guidelines
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling efforts
- Support team members during peak service times by maintaining kitchen organization
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
