Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and bakery equipment
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure all equipment is ready and available for bakery operations
- assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- support bakery team by promptly removing used dishes and utensils
- follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination
- report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management
