- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Follow written instructions and schedules accurately
- Maintain compliance with state safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans
- Ensure readiness of all kitchen and dining related areas for daily operations
