Job Requirements

  • No prior experience education required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
  • Serve-safe certified (Food Handlers)

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Store and stock supply in a safe, sanitary manner
  • Follow and adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
  • Ensure all kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are clean, professional and in an orderly condition always
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas
  • Ensure the workspace meets or exceeds all established sanitation and safety standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
  • Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required
  • May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
  • Perform other duties required as needed
