Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting as much as 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work early morning and weekend shifts
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or similar support roles in bakery, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines thoroughly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Manually wash, rinse and sanitize baking pans, dishes, utensils and other tools
- Monitor sanitization levels to ensure health and safety compliance
- Gather and remove garbage, sweep and mop floors, and clean floor drains
- Perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler and bathroom
- Clean, sanitize and restock workstation and cleaning supplies
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of replenishment needs
- Assist in unloading, processing and storage of weekly supplies delivery
- Support other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Maintain consistent work attendance and punctuality
