Job Requirements
- Minimum one year management experience in full service stewarding operations
- three years experience in hotel food and beverage
- high school diploma required
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
- ability to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors, and employees
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- basic computer skills including MS Office, reservation systems, and point of sales systems

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage operations including sweeping and mopping kitchen and dining areas
- wash and clear counters, shelves, and dish area mats
- assist cafeteria attendants and cooks with setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
- monitor trash and recycling levels, removing when needed
- wash and store pots, pans, kettles, skillets, and scrub floor drains
- operate dish machines and hand-wash china, glassware, and silverware
- stock cook line with necessary china and cookware
- polish silverware as needed
- assist in banquet function cleanup including washing dishes
- provide guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and exceeding expectations
- resolve guest problems with empathy and teamwork
- perform other duties as assigned by management to maintain guest satisfaction
