Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cleaning or kitchen support role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning, transporting and storing all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operation and maintaining the pots and pan are in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel
- Clean all kitchen equipment including floors
- Ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shifts and that there is sufficient racks in which to place dirty dishes, silver, pots and pans
- Assist in banquet operations
- Coordinate with banquet runners to ensure that all set up sheets are completed and delivered in a timely manner
- Monitor and coordinate the day to day set ups of china, glassware and silverware items to all banquet functions and outlets and ensure they are properly completed and delivered
- Responsible for chemical supply control and inventory
