Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and dry china, glassware, silverware, and other dishware
- Maintain the dishwashing station and operate washing machines
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set with fresh linens and service ware
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including vents, trash cans, ice bins, and floor sweepers
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 100 pounds
- Approach guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- Maintain personal grooming standards and wear proper uniform and name tag
