Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage outlets and kitchen areas
  • manage setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas
  • sweep and mop kitchen, dish areas, restaurant line, banquet pantry, and walk-in coolers
  • wash and clear counters, shelves, and queens
  • wash dish area and kitchen mats
  • assist cafeteria attendant and cooks with setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of cafeteria
  • monitor and remove trash and recycling
  • wash pots, pans, kettles, skillets, and scrub floor drains
  • follow all safety and security procedures
  • clean and organize china, silverware, and glassware
  • operate dish machine or wash dishes by hand as needed
  • stock cook line with necessary dishware and utensils
  • polish silverware when needed
  • assist in banquet breakdown and cleaning
  • provide genuine hospitality and excellent guest service
  • address guest concerns with empathy and follow through on resolutions
