Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage outlets and kitchen areas
- manage setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas
- sweep and mop kitchen, dish areas, restaurant line, banquet pantry, and walk-in coolers
- wash and clear counters, shelves, and queens
- wash dish area and kitchen mats
- assist cafeteria attendant and cooks with setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of cafeteria
- monitor and remove trash and recycling
- wash pots, pans, kettles, skillets, and scrub floor drains
- follow all safety and security procedures
- clean and organize china, silverware, and glassware
- operate dish machine or wash dishes by hand as needed
- stock cook line with necessary dishware and utensils
- polish silverware when needed
- assist in banquet breakdown and cleaning
- provide genuine hospitality and excellent guest service
- address guest concerns with empathy and follow through on resolutions
