Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or dishwashing role is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Work in a high-energy kitchen environment supporting the culinary team in food preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils dishes and equipment
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
  • Assist with basic food prep tasks such as peeling chopping and portioning ingredients
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
  • Exhibit a positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
