Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchenware using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Run food orders from the kitchen to dining areas in a timely manner
- Ensure all food runners and dishwashing tasks meet health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support smooth restaurant operations
- Communicate effectively to coordinate workflow during busy periods
- Assist with setting up and breaking down workstations as needed
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards consistently
