Job Requirements
- Minimum one year management experience in full service stewarding operations
- three years experience in hotel food and beverage
- high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
- able to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors, and employees
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- basic computer skills in MS Office, reservation systems, and point of sales systems

Job Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen, food and beverage outlets, and equipment
- managing setup and takedown of kitchen and outlet areas
- sweeping and mopping kitchen, dish areas, restaurant line, banquet pantry, and walk-in coolers
- washing and clearing counters, shelves, and queens
- washing dish area and kitchen mats
- assisting cafeteria attendants and cooks with setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
- monitoring and removing trash and recycling
- washing and organizing pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- scrubbing kettles, skillets, and floor drains
- adhering to safety and security procedures
- cleaning and stocking china, glassware, and silverware
- operating dishwashing machines and hand washing as needed
- assisting in banquet function breakdown and dishwashing
- providing exceptional guest service with a Yes I Can attitude
- collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
