Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
able to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies in excess of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards
ability to train and mentor new employees
good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
basic understanding of safety procedures

Job Duties

Set up and break down dish machine
wash dishes, pots, pans, small ware, glassware, and service related equipment efficiently and sanitarily
train new employees on dishwashing procedures and standards
maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
assist with handling and moving equipment and supplies
ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing equipment
comply with all health and safety regulations
