- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage dishwashing equipment and supplies properly
- ensure timely turnaround of clean kitchenware
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
