Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Effective communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain the dishroom and ensure that all dishware, utensils, pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Buss and clean guest tables in the dining room
- Deliver trays of dirty dishware to dishroom and stock service area with clean dishware
- Clean and organize back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Clean floors and remove garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot
- Maintain and service restrooms
