Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus in a busy environment
- Willingness to adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize all service ware, cookware, and utensils
- Store clean items properly to maintain kitchen organization and accessibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in dishwashing areas
- Support kitchen staff by promptly clearing and resetting dish stations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines diligently
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
