Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 30-plus lbs
- Ability to work in hot and humid environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Assist kitchen staff with prep when needed
- Support the team to keep service running smoothly
- Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
- Safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
- Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
- Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
