Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Willingness to work in noisy, hot, and humid environments
- Ability to safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to complete all opening, closing, and side duties
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Work as a team with fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Assist kitchen staff with prep when needed
- Support the team to keep service running smoothly
- Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
- Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
- Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
