Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk climb stairs balance stoop kneel crouch bend stretch and twist or reach
- Ability to push pull or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions
- Ability to work in hot humid and noisy environment
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures

Job Duties
- Assembling operating maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
- Trash removal to dumpster area
- Washing work areas refrigerators cooking equipment walls and floors
- Assists in prep work and plate up when needed
- Follows all safety procedures for operating and cleaning machinery
- Performs other appropriate duties assigned by the Executive Chef and or Manager on Duty
