Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Adhere to all sanitation procedures
  • Follow all policy procedures
  • Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced environments
  • Lift and carry 30 plus lbs
  • Work in hot and humid environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
  • Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
  • Work as a team with fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish station
  • Assist kitchen staff with prep when needed
  • Support the team to keep service running smoothly
  • Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
  • Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
  • Promptly report equipment quality issues to a manager
  • Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
