- Ability to work evening shifts on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the Historic Freemason District location

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned
- Assist kitchen staff in various prep tasks as needed
- Follow all sanitary and health-related protocols
- Support team members with additional tasks to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to restaurant standards
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
