Job Requirements

  • No degree required
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Availability to work Friday through Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Ability to work in a smoke-free environment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and kitchen support
  • Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Reliable and energetic
  • Experience in a professional kitchen or similar environment preferred
  • Understanding of safe equipment operation and maintenance
  • Passion for food and culinary tasks
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate within 30 days if not already certified
  • Basic English reading, speaking, and math/writing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Open to feedback and collaborative

Job Duties

  • Rapidly wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, smallwares, and utensils
  • Maintain a clean dishwashing area ensuring safe food handling
  • Support savory and pastry teams with food preparation including scaling, mixing, slicing, and portioning
  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and cleaning materials
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain clean stations and prioritize food and physical safety
  • Adhere to GMP policies, utilize PPE, and follow dress code
  • Arrive on time, work efficiently, and adapt to changing plans
