Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Set up the food service line prior to meal service
- Assist with packaging and preparing meals for service or distribution
- Break down and clean the hot line after service
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Take out trash, recycling, and cardboard boxes as needed
- Stock supplies, food items, and service areas
- Clean and maintain kitchen, storage, and service areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with other porter or kitchen support duties as assigned
