Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to operate dishwashing machine and cleaning equipment
- ability to read and understand simple instructions and safety rules
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to follow instructions and solve problems
- availability to work evening shifts including Tuesdays through Saturdays
- willingness to comply with union policies and non-exempt employment status

Job Duties
- Serve on trayline
- wash dishes and pots
- perform general cleaning duties
