Job Duties
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities for the Tonic Bar department in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes, blenders and other equipment as needed
- Assist other Tonic Bar clerks in preparing juice, smoothie, tonic and coffee drinks while maintaining productivity and customer service
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Communicate clearly with the Tonic Bar Manager about supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
