Job Duties

  • ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards
  • keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team
  • occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep
  • follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments
