Job Duties

  • Work closely with the culinary team and support overall cafe operations
  • Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas
  • Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
  • Replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
  • Communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
