- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team and support overall cafe operations
- Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
- Communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
