Job Duties
- work closely with the culinary team and support overall cafe operations
- handle all food, storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain sanitation for the back of house including garbage removal, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
- communicate clearly with the culinary manager on supplies and equipment needs
