Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends based on business needs
  • Clear communication skills
  • Commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or cleaning role is an asset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain sanitation for back-of-house areas including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas
  • Keep dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
  • Replenish dishes in front and back-of-house
  • Communicate clearly with Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs
  • Support overall café operations by working closely with the culinary team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
