- ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards
- keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team
- occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep
- follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments
- maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly
