Job Duties
- Handle all food storage and cleaning activities for the department in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation at the back of the house including removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes, blenders and other supplies
- Assist other Tonic Bar clerks and prepare juice, smoothie, tonic and coffee bar drinks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate clearly with the Tonic Bar Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
