Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic understanding of food safety procedures
- Capable of operating dishwashing machinery
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen porter roles preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

- Willingness to support kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations
Job Duties
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors
- Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
- Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership
- Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards
