Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30lbs on a regular basis
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification (Basic Food Safety)
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
Job Duties
- Handle all food, storage and cleaning activities in compliance with federal, state and local health and safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation for the back of the house including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- Keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- Replenish dishes in the front and back of the house
- Communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs
