Job Duties
- provide the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to guests
- remove trash from the kitchen
- operate the dishwashing machine
- assist in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans
- undertake other special cleaning projects as assigned
- perform some food preparation
