Job Requirements

  • Valid food Handlers card
  • Ability to work Friday to Monday, 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the culinary team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Food Handlers card required
  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure all kitchenware is properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support the culinary team to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Handle waste disposal and kitchen cleaning duties
  • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
