Job Requirements
- Valid food Handlers card
- Ability to work Friday to Monday, 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and progress within the culinary team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Food Handlers card required
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure all kitchenware is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the culinary team to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Handle waste disposal and kitchen cleaning duties
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
