Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Food Handlers card
- ability to work Thursday through Sunday from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus
Job Qualifications

- experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- strong team player with good communication skills
- willingness to learn and advance within the culinary team
Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- sort and stack dishes, glassware, and utensils
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- monitor dishwashing machines and report any issues
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- support the kitchen team with other utility tasks as assigned
